Anyone can print the word refurbished on a listing. These are the four things that sit behind ours.

The 40-point inspection

Cosmetics, battery health, screen uniformity, Face ID, every camera, speakers, microphones, charging, connectivity, liquid indicators and parts history — checked and recorded before a unit is graded.

A documented data wipe

Every device is erased to a documented standard, re-checked for residual accounts and activation locks, then re-inspected before listing. Nothing reaches you with a previous owner's data on it.

12-month warranty, 14-day returns

A full year on the device and any part we fitted, plus 14 days from delivery to return it in the condition it arrived in for a refund. Collection for a return is free, island-wide.

Before you buy

It means the unit was bought back by us, inspected across 40 points, repaired where it needed repairing with clearly labelled parts, erased to a documented standard, and graded A, B or C on cosmetics and battery health. Grades describe appearance and battery, not function — every unit we list is fully working.
12 months on the device and on any part we fitted, whatever the grade. Excluded are accidental damage, liquid ingress after purchase, physical damage and unauthorised opening by a third party. If something covered fails, we collect the device free and repair or replace it.
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return the device in the condition it arrived in, with the accessories it shipped with, for a full refund. Return collection is free and island-wide. If the return is because the device is not as described, we cover everything.
Not always, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Any unit measuring below 85% battery health gets a new cell before listing. Above that we publish the measured reading on the listing and on your receipt instead of replacing a healthy battery for the sake of a marketing line.
No. Devices ship in protective DOTEDGE packaging with a new third-party charging cable, and without the original Apple box, charger or earphones unless a listing specifically says the box is included. It keeps the price where it is, and the cable in the packet is new rather than the previous owner's.
