How much is my iPhone worth?
It depends on the model, storage, cosmetic condition, battery health and whether everything works. The calculator turns your answers into an estimate in about a minute. The firm offer follows our inspection, and you are free to decline it.
Do you buy cracked or damaged iPhones?
Yes. Cracked glass, worn batteries and faulty cameras are all bought — the repair cost is reflected in the offer. Devices that have been exposed to liquid are assessed after opening, because corrosion only shows inside.
How and when am I paid?
By bank transfer or PayNow within 48 hours of your device passing inspection. Prefer store credit? It is worth more than cash and can be used straight away.
What if my iPhone is not as I described?
We send you a revised offer with the inspection notes, so you can see exactly what changed. You can accept it, or have your device returned free of charge. Nothing is wiped, repaired or resold until you have accepted an offer.
Do I need to turn off Find My iPhone?
Yes. A device that is still linked to an Apple Account (Activation Lock) cannot be bought by anyone. Back up, sign out of iCloud, turn off Find My and erase the phone before we collect it.
Is trade-in credit really worth more than cash?
Yes — the calculator shows both side by side. Credit is set about 9% above the cash offer because it stays with us and becomes your next device.
