Cracked it? Don't decide yet.

Every other repair shop gives you one number and hopes you say yes. We give you two: what the repair costs, and what we'll pay you for the phone exactly as it is right now. One diagnosis, every option priced — then you pick whichever is worth more. We come to you, anywhere in Singapore, free.

Step 1 — Your iPhone

Every iPhone from the 11 onwards is listed, newest first. Not sure? Settings → General → About.

Storage size *

Storage barely changes the repair price, but it moves the buyback figure a lot.

128GB !The entry tier on most models. Fine for light photo and app use.
256GB !The most common tier we see. Holds several years of photos.
512GB !Heavy camera or offline media use. Worth noticeably more on resale.
1TB !Pro video capture and large libraries. The strongest buyback tier.

Step 2 — What's wrong with it?

Select everything that applies *

Multiple faults in one job share the labour, so the combined price is lower than the sum of the parts.

Which parts tier? *

The tier you choose is printed on your invoice and warranty card. We never pass an aftermarket part off as an original.

Step 3 — Your two numbers

Repair it

Indicative range for the faults and tier you chose.

Or sell it as-is

Cash for the device in its current condition.

Indicative planning figures in SGD, not a quotation. The firm price comes after the free 40-point diagnosis, and nothing happens to your device until you approve it. Buyback offers are confirmed once the device passes inspection.

Free pickup, free diagnosis, free return if you walk away.
iPhone repair price list — Singapore

Two prices for every job, because parts aren't all the same.

Cheap screens exist. So do genuine-grade ones. We publish both ends so you can see what the difference actually buys you before you commit to anything.

These are indicative planning ranges, not quotations. Final pricing depends on the model, the parts tier you choose and what the diagnosis actually finds — a Pro Max screen sits at the top of a range and an older standard model near the bottom. Water damage is quoted only after the device is opened and assessed, because the cost depends on what the liquid reached. You approve a firm number before any work starts.

Parts you can actually understand

Three tiers. Labelled honestly. Printed on your invoice.

The real problem in phone repair isn't price — it's not knowing what went into your device. Here is exactly what each tier is, when to pick it, and what it does to the phone's value later.

Tier A

Genuine-grade

Original-specification components sourced to Apple's published part specification, with True Tone and Face ID behaviour preserved wherever the model allows.

Pick this when

The phone is under two years old, you rely on the camera or display quality daily, or you intend to sell or trade it within the next year.

  • 180-day warranty on parts and workmanship
  • Closest to factory colour, brightness and touch response
  • Protects resale value — a genuine-grade screen barely dents a future buyback offer
Tier B

Premium aftermarket

High-quality third-party parts from vetted suppliers. Excellent everyday performance at a materially lower price than genuine-grade, and recorded as aftermarket on every document.

Pick this when

You want the phone working properly for the next two or three years and the cost gap to genuine-grade is hard to justify. This is the sensible default for most people.

  • 90-day warranty as standard
  • Roughly half the parts cost of genuine-grade on most jobs
  • Some models will show an iOS service message — we tell you first
Tier C

Refurbished original-pull

Genuine components recovered from donor devices and reconditioned to a working standard. Genuine in origin, reconditioned in condition — and we always say so.

Pick this when

The device is older, the repair only needs to keep it going, or you're getting a spare phone back into service. The most economical route on legacy models.

  • 90-day warranty as standard
  • Lowest cost, especially on models more than three years old
  • Availability varies — some parts simply aren't obtainable this way

What we will never do: describe an aftermarket part as an original Apple part, or quietly substitute a cheaper tier than the one you paid for. DOTEDGE Device Care is an independent repair provider — we are not authorised by Apple, and we don't pretend otherwise.

Repair warranty

What the warranty covers — and what it doesn't.

Written down, in the same plain terms we'd use on the phone. If a repair we carried out fails, we make it right.

Covered

  • 90 days as standard on the parts we fitted and the workmanship involved
  • 180 days on genuine-grade repairs, at no extra charge
  • Part failure — a screen that develops dead touch, ghost input or backlight loss on its own
  • Battery that falls below expected capacity behaviour within the warranty window
  • Reassembly faults: loose fitting, adhesive failure, a connector that works loose
  • Free pickup and return for any warranty assessment — you don't travel for our mistake

Not covered

  • Accidental damage — a new drop, crack or impact after the repair
  • Liquid ingress occurring after the repair was completed
  • Physical damage to the housing, frame or newly fitted part
  • Unauthorised opening or servicing by a third party after we returned the device
  • Pre-existing software faults, iOS issues or account lockouts unrelated to the repair
  • Consumable wear — cables, cases, screen protectors and adhesive over time

A note on Apple coverage: an independent repair ends any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare entitlement on the affected component, and some models display an iOS service message when a non-original part is fitted. We flag this before we begin so the decision is yours, not a surprise.

Honest limits

What we repair — and what we'll tell you to walk away from.

Nobody fixes everything. A shop that says otherwise is either guessing or about to charge you for a failed attempt.

We do this every day

  • Screen and display assembly replacement, including True Tone handling
  • Battery replacement and battery health diagnostics
  • Back glass replacement on laser-separable housings
  • Charging port cleaning, reflow and replacement
  • Rear and front camera modules, and cracked camera glass
  • Speaker, earpiece and microphone faults
  • Face ID diagnostics — identifying whether the fault is repairable at all
  • First-response liquid damage treatment and corrosion cleaning

We may refer or decline

  • Severe board-level faults — a shorted power rail or a failed CPU line goes to a specialist microsoldering partner, or not at all
  • Face ID modules where the dot projector is physically damaged; on most models this cannot be restored, only diagnosed
  • Heavy liquid damage where corrosion has already spread across the logic board
  • Devices with active activation lock we cannot verify you own
  • Repairs where the honest cost exceeds what the working phone would be worth

There is never a charge for a diagnosis that ends in "not worth it." You get the finding, the as-is buyback figure, and a free return if you'd rather keep the phone. We'd rather lose the job than take money for a repair that shouldn't happen.

Turnaround & coverage

How long you'll actually be without your phone.

Free island-wide pickup and return across Singapore, in booked daily slots. The clock below starts when the device reaches the workshop, not when you book.

Same day

Battery replacement and most screen replacements. Book a morning pickup slot and the phone is usually back with you that evening.

  • Morning pickup, evening return
  • Subject to parts availability for your model

One to two days

Back glass, charging port, camera modules and speaker or microphone work. These need controlled heat, adhesive cure time and a full retest cycle.

  • Return slot booked with you directly
  • Retested against the original fault before it leaves

Two to four days

Face ID diagnostics, water damage treatment and anything routed to a microsoldering specialist. Staged testing takes the time it takes.

  • Progress update at every stage, not just at the end
  • You approve any change in scope or cost first

Coverage: all Singapore postcodes, including Sentosa, Jurong Island access points and Tuas by arrangement. Pickup slots run Monday to Saturday.

Questions

Before you book a repair

No. Book a slot online and an insured courier collects the device from your home or office anywhere in Singapore, free of charge. We run the 40-point diagnosis, message you the repair price and the buyback value, and return it once you approve. Doorstep phone repair is the whole point — there's nothing to travel for.
Battery and most screen replacements are same-day jobs once the device reaches the workshop — a morning pickup usually comes back the same evening. Back glass, charging port and camera work is typically one to two days. Face ID diagnostics, water damage treatment and board-level work take two to four days because they need staged testing rather than a single fix.
We are an independent repair provider and not authorised by Apple, so we don't fit parts supplied through Apple's own service channel. What we do offer is three clearly labelled tiers: genuine-grade original-specification parts, premium aftermarket, and refurbished original-pull. We never describe an aftermarket part as an original Apple part, and the tier you paid for is printed on your invoice and warranty card.
Any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare entitlement on the affected component won't apply after an independent repair, and on some models iOS displays a service message when a non-original part is fitted. We tell you before we start if your device is likely to show one, so it's your decision rather than a surprise. Our own 90-day warranty — 180 days on genuine-grade — covers the parts we fitted and the work we did.
We tell you plainly, with the as-is buyback figure alongside it. You can take the cash offer, have the phone returned free of charge, or let us recover usable parts and route the remainder to licensed e-waste handling. There is never a charge for a diagnosis that ends in "not worth it", and never a charge for the return trip.
No — please back up to iCloud or a computer before you hand the device over. We work only within the repair scope you approve and don't browse personal files, photos or messages, but any repair carries some risk of data loss and we don't take custody of your data. Devices are held in locked containment while they're with us, and handling follows our PDPA-aligned intake agreement.
