Genuine parts recovered from donor devices. Most economical on older models.

DOTEDGE is an independent repair provider, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. An independent repair may end any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare cover on the part involved, and some iPhones show a "non-genuine part" message after a repair. We tell you before we start.

Repair warranty
If our repair fails, we fix it again.
Genuine-grade parts carry a 180-day warranty; premium aftermarket and original-pull parts carry 90 days. It covers the part we fitted and our workmanship — not new accidental damage or liquid.

- Back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer.
- Remove your SIM card and any case or screen protector.
- Tell us about any earlier repairs or drops.
- We only work within the repair you approve and do not look at your content.
Do I need to visit a shop?
No. Book a pickup and we collect your iPhone from home or the office, anywhere in Singapore. We diagnose it, send you the price, and only repair it once you approve.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
DOTEDGE is an independent repair provider, not an Apple-authorised one. We offer three clearly named parts tiers — genuine-grade, premium aftermarket and original-pull (reconditioned original parts) — and the tier you choose is written on your invoice. We never describe an aftermarket part as an original Apple part.
Will a repair affect my Apple warranty?
An independent repair can end any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare cover on the part involved, and some models show an iOS message when a non-original part is fitted. We tell you before we start, so the choice is yours.
What if it cannot be repaired?
We tell you plainly, together with what we would pay for it as it is. You can sell it, have it returned, or recycle it responsibly. There is no charge for a diagnosis that ends in "not worth repairing".
Should I back up before a repair?
Yes, always. Some repairs need a restore, and a failing device can lose data. We only work within the repair you approve and do not look at your personal content. How we handle device data.
