No. Book online and we collect the device from your home or office anywhere in Singapore, diagnose it, message you the options, and return it once you approve. There's nothing to travel for.
Yes — it's the whole idea. Every diagnosis returns a repair price and a buyback value, plus a trade-in credit figure if you'd rather put it toward a different device. Sometimes selling a damaged phone beats repairing it, and you should be able to see that clearly instead of guessing.
We offer three clearly labelled tiers: genuine-grade, premium aftermarket, and refurbished original-pull. We never describe an aftermarket part as an original Apple part. Whichever tier you choose is recorded on your invoice and warranty card.
90 days on workmanship and the parts we fitted, as standard. Premium-tier repairs can extend to 180 days. Exclusions are accidental damage, liquid ingress occurring after the repair, physical damage, unauthorised opening by a third party, and pre-existing software issues.
We tell you, along with what it's worth as-is. You can take the buyback offer, have it returned free of charge, or let us recover usable parts and route the remainder to licensed e-waste handling. There is no charge for a diagnosis that ends in "not worth it".
