A well-made iPhone can keep working for years after its first owner moves on. Every one that is reused or repaired is one fewer new phone that needs to be made — and one fewer on its way to becoming e-waste.
We want choosing pre-owned to feel as safe as buying new. That means grading every device the same way, telling you its measured battery health, putting a written warranty behind it, and being honest about anything that is not perfect.
When a device cannot be reused or repaired, we point you to Singapore's official e-waste collection points, so its materials can be recovered.
