What does "pre-owned" mean at DOTEDGE?
Every iPhone we sell has had a previous owner. Before it is listed we check it, grade its cosmetic condition A, B or C, and state its measured battery health — so each listing tells you exactly what you are getting. See our grading standard.
What warranty do I get?
12 months on every pre-owned device, covering functional faults that are not caused by damage, liquid or third-party repair. Read exactly what is and is not covered.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, in the condition it arrived and with everything it came with. How returns and refunds work.
Is the battery new?
Not necessarily, and we will not imply it is. Every listing states the measured battery health (maximum capacity), so you can choose the unit that suits you. Our grading standard also sets a minimum battery health for each grade.
Will it work with my SIM?
Each listing shows its network status. Units marked "Unlocked" work with any Singapore mobile network.
Can I trade in my old iPhone to pay less?
Yes. Get an estimate and choose "Use as credit" — the amount comes off your order at checkout. We confirm the figure when we inspect your old device, before your new one ships.
